Valorant Randomizer is a free random agent picker for Valorant. It selects a random agent from a pool that can be narrowed to specific picks, which suits agent-roulette challenges, practicing unfamiliar agents, or deciding who to play next. In Valorant, each playable agent belongs to one of four roles; the list below groups every current agent by role.

Agents by role

Controller

A controller is one of the four agent roles. Controllers have abilities that block vision or deny ground, such as smokes and walls. They are used to hide an opponent’s view of a location so that a team can move onto or across a site with less exposure.

Duelist

A duelist is an agent role built around direct combat. Duelist abilities emphasize mobility and self-reliance, including dashes, blinds, and repositioning moves. In most team compositions the duelist enters a contested area first and is expected to trade fire rather than support teammates.

Initiator

An initiator is an agent role that sets up an attack on a defended position. Initiator abilities reveal or displace defenders through reconnaissance tools, flashes, and concussive effects. They allow teammates to approach a site with prior information about the defenders.

Sentinel

A sentinel is a defensive agent role focused on securing areas. Sentinel abilities slow or detect opponents using traps, alerts, and zoning tools. Sentinels commonly guard a flank, hold a site, or protect the spike after it has been planted.

How the agent randomizer works

Press Start and an icon for every agent in the pool bounces around the arena; the first icon to hit the walls three times wins the spin. Every enabled agent has the same chance, and each spin is independent of the last. Edit Pool excludes agents a player does not own or does not want to play, and the pool persists in the browser between visits. The share button encodes the pool as a link so a full team can spin from the same roster. Roll history and stats are stored locally on the device.
